After signing the National Agreement for the Health, Safety and Well-being of Workers, on May , the comprehensive Safe and Healthy Work Environments (ELSSA) strategy was presented with which the IMSS seeks to respond to the impact they generate on the population and the productivity of companies, accidents and diseases that affect Mexican workers. What is ELSSA? It is the acronym for Safe and Healthy Work Environments and refers to a voluntary program for companies to implement strategies and actions to improve the health, safety and well-being of workers, as well as work productivity.
